Unisource Canada is the main Canadian distributor of printing paper and household products. In 2006, the company appealed to Paprika to make the promotional campaign surrounding its National Unisource Annual Report Show contest. We first found a striking bilingual sentence –“Nous avons tranché / We made the cut” – around which we centered all the visual communication. The different documents we first produced showed images representing various sharp objects. In the second place, we literally dared cutting the invitation and the catalogue’s cover through transversal cuts. Without a doubt, this boldness was up to the winning projects.
