The NAC French Theatre’s 2024-2025 season is an invitation to get out not only of the house, but also of the frames that immobilize us. This new campaign is inspired by the work of the Beggarstaff brothers of the late 19th century, paying homage to the aesthetics of period posters. The posters feature illustrations by Gérard Dubois in the form of almost iconographic blobs, giving free rein to the imagination and using a restricted palette of two or three tones. The typography, minimalist and crude, reinforces this nostalgic visual approach. By combining tradition and modernity, the campaign offers a perspective that is both timeless and contemporary.
