The Stewart Foundation actively contributes to the preservation and development of Canadian and Quebec heritage through an important collection of objects, artefacts, and historical documents. As part of the commemorations of Liliane and David M. Stewart Collection’s 30th anniversary, we were invited to design a poster given to guests at the book launch of The Century of Modern Design published by Flammarion and presented in Montreal (MFAM), Paris, and New York (MoMA). Introducing many of the Collection’s emblematic pieces, the poster is dotted with holes, thus giving the impression of various invitation cards and past exhibitions. This unusual shape allows for much folding and is easy to handle.
