Felissimo Design House is New York-based gallery which promotes various Japanese products. As part of the exhibition “Japan C”, different Japanese designers were invited to introduce their creations to the public. The gallery asked Paprika to design a visual identity exclusively for the event. The identity program had to include the logo, the letterhead design, the catalogue, various prints as well as the signage and the place’s interior and exterior graphic look. As the exhibition was truly eclectic, we opted for graphic simplicity throughout all communication tools. Inspired by the Japanese flag, we thus made a lot of room for the white and graphically exploited the red circle.
