Commissaires / Anomalies

Commissaires is a Montreal-based gallery boutique specialized in the diffusion of unique creations made by international designers. The exhibition “Nature and Other Anomalies” gathered together artists exploring the strangest and darkest aspects of nature. To remain in line with the typographic posters specific to Commissaires, we played with the illustrative aspects of a character front in order to evoke an anatomy chart of an abnormally disproportionate skull. Silk-screened in black ink, the result is both classic and modest yet still somewhat strange.
