Domison / Ice Tree

Domison is a furniture manufacturer whose philosophy is to offer sophisticated, unique, and innovative goods within the reach of most wallets. According to Domison, quality design is a right rather than a privilege. In 2008, their Montreal store commissioned Paprika to make their Christmas window display for the very first time. We absolutely wanted to venture beyond the traditional decorations and lights too often used in stores and thus designed an unusual ice pine tree made up of more than 300 glass water bottles. Hanging in store along with judicious lighting, the winter-like effect was striking. To highlight Domison’s great presence behind the installation, a delicate logo of the company was placed in each bottle.
