In 2008, Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec commissioned Paprika to design the exhibition devoted to the poet Paul-Marie Lapointe. For the occasion, we drew inspiration from the poet’s linguistic innovations and his singular way of playing with words.
We dressed up the space of the Grande Bibliothèque de Montréal with typographic characters to create a portrait of the artist as well as several graphic elements so that passers-by could witness the breath of his work. Yellow was chosen for a sparkling design.
